3D PRINTING

Students can design and 3D print a fashion accessory. It could be a watch band, earrings, a belt buckle, a brooch/badge, necklace, bracelet, a hair clip to finally tame the mess that is a mullet, etc.

The print size is limited to a 20x20x20cm volume. The item may need post processing and a few attachments, but the bulk of it should be designed and 3D printed.

Please be aware that the 3D printing process can be slow so make sure you leave time to 3d print the final design. If you need special filament or aren't sure of how to 3D print your design ask Mr Lynn or Mr Wynstra. You can use designs and ideas from websites like Thingiverse and Printables, but you need to acknowledge sources and original designs are likely to score higher.
